So, after the receptionist gave us some confusing directions, we headed into the industrial estate to find a 'Restanmarch'. This was popular with the locals, and Gareth had his first taste of Cheese and Onion Yogurt! Apparently it was terrible!? .... We left Rocamadour on the D32, cycling through Couzou and Carlucet to Labastide-Murat where we stopped for lunch (we had Rocamadour cheese!).
